As one of the coaching program to the winners and finalists of Wirausaha Mandiri conducting training programs / mentoring in the form of bootcamp entitled "Ethics for Entrepreneurs: Taking the Great Challenge for the Society". Training was implemented in cooperation with  Rumah Perubahan Foundation Indonesia.

Training is intensive - integrative and designed specifically useful to sharpen the sense of awareness among participants on the ethical aspects of entrepreneurship, enhance the sense of responsibility to participate to build community, strengthen the entrepreneurial insight through a process of shared learning, to equip participants to be able to build resources sustainable advantage in running business and provide opportunities to participants to evaluate the journey of life and business in a wider social networks.

From the training, young entrepreneurs are expected to become entrepreneurs who are ethical, environmental caring  and strong desire to not only be great but is tough and competitive  in every condition.

Training programs / mentorship has included a total of 100 winners and finalists Wirausaha Mandiri 2007, 2008 and 2009.
